Seton Nossiter Park

Seton Nossiter Park off-leash area in Wellington runs for around 750 metres beside a stream in a Flood Detention Area. It’s pretty much flat and grassy and allows plenty of space for dogs to run.

I used to visit this park about three times a week with my golden retriever when we lived in J’ville. Lots of friendly regulars – most dogs are offleash. If you walk through the picnic area, turn right for the pathed bush walk, or keep heading along the main stream for a large valley of blackberry bush. You may even find the “secret” waterfall.

Thanks for that Jac.

Which end is the picnic area – the motorway end or the school end?
